Corporate Teams

THiNK ABOUT iT Co-Founders and Directors Andy and Damien create a safe, fun, entertaining and inviting space for participants to explore and address issues that have been specified in planning briefings prior to the performance. Andy and Damien use volunteers from the audience in a theatre sports style show, directly addressing themes and issues considered pressing the client’s workplace.

Corporate Teams

At THiNK ABOUT iT, we help organisations meet the moment — not just culturally, but legally too. With the introduction of the national Respect@Work reforms — including the new positive duty on employers to actively prevent workplace harassment and create safer, more inclusive environments — there’s now a clear expectation for leadership to step up.

That’s where we come in.

Co-Founders and Directors Andy and Damien use live, improvised theatre to create a safe, engaging, and thought-provoking space where teams can explore the real issues shaping their workplace — from leadership and culture to psychological safety, ethical decision-making, and respect at work.

Each session is tailored in collaboration with the client, based on briefing conversations prior to the performance. Then, using a theatre sports-style format, Andy and Damien bring those themes to life — often with audience volunteers — in a way that’s human, honest, and surprisingly fun. We’ve delivered these sessions for leading organisations including PwC, National Australia Bank, Rhino-Rack, Coca-Cola, Diageo Wines, Sydney Airport, NSW Health, EML Insurance, and Shine Lawyers — helping teams not just talk about culture, but shift it.

Supporting the People Who Support Others — Cura Day Hospitals Group

In one of our most impactful projects to date, we partnered with Cura Day Hospitals Group to deliver a series of theatre-based sessions that brought essential conversations to the forefront of the healthcare workplace.Across these sessions, we explored topics that resonate deeply within high-pressure healthcare environments — from the realities of burnout to the importance of self-care and peer support.

What We Explored:

Self-Care & Caring for Others: Prioritising our own wellbeing is foundational to delivering compassionate care. We helped participants reflect on what that looks like in a demanding clinical setting.

Recognising Burnout: Through lived stories and relatable scenarios, we unpacked the subtle signs of burnout and how awareness can lead to meaningful early intervention.

Every Individual Matters: Our sessions reminded teams of the immense value of each individual’s contribution — and how acknowledgment can strengthen team cohesion and resilience.

Thriving in High-Pressure Environments: We shared practical tools for managing stress and staying grounded in roles where the stakes are often high and the pace relentless. We’re proud to support Cura’s commitment to psychological safety and wellbeing, and to play a part in strengthening the culture of care behind the care.

Building Inclusive Culture with PwC

We’ve partnered with PwC to deliver our “Think About It” theatre-based sessions as part of their broader commitment to inclusion and workplace culture.

In one of our recent sessions for World Pride, we used live, improvised performance to explore intersectionality and the experiences of LGBTIQ+ people in the workplace. The goal? To spark real conversations about behaviours, bias, and the systems that shape culture.

Our work with PwC reflects a shared belief — that creating safer, braver workplaces starts with real talk, real people, and the courage to think differently.

Session for Corporate Groups

The THiNK ABOUT iT sessions are perfectly suited to corporate groups. Damien and Andy consult with clients prior to the workshop to create a session that addresses the issues specific to their workplace. Such issues include alcohol awareness, sexism, dealing with social pressure, gambling, domestic violence, mental health, and navigating appropriate behaviours in public. The scenes can veer from light and humorous to serious and challenging, depending on the client’s directives.

Below are some examples of recent sessions.

Supporting Culture and Wellbeing with EML Insurance

We recently partnered with EML Insurance, Australia’s leading specialist in personal injury claims management, to deliver a powerful session focused on culture, wellbeing, and support.Working with a team dedicated to helping people return to work with confidence, we explored a broad spectrum of themes — from self-care and emotional resilience to how we show up for others in high-pressure environments. At the heart of it all was a simple but vital message: we’re here for each other. Through storytelling, improvisation and real conversation, we created space for reflection, connection, and a shared commitment to care — for ourselves, and for those we work alongside.

Culture, Conversation & Connection at Sydney Airport

Sydney Airport is more than a transport hub — it’s the gateway to Australia and a critical part of the heartbeat of Sydney. It connects people, cultures, and communities every single day. So when we were invited to work with their team on workplace culture and wellbeing, we knew it was something special.

Over the course of several weeks, we delivered a series of high-impact, theatre-based sessions for more than 1,000 employees across the organisation. Through live performance, improvisation, and honest conversation, we explored how people can give and apply help in the workplace — with courage, clarity, and care.

What made this project particularly meaningful was the willingness of the Sydney Airport leadership team to do something different. Kristen Sweeney, Simon Wood and Sarah Rickard took a genuine leap of faith in engaging us — and in creating space for their people to reflect, connect, and laugh while tackling complex and human topics. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and the experience stands out as one of our most rewarding to date.

NSW Police Force

It was a privilege to work with the NSW Police Force, helping deliver important cultural messages with honesty, transparency, and sensitivity. Our people-focused sessions reflected a shared belief: “Our people are our most important asset.” We look forward to continuing this meaningful work together.

Coca-cola enrichment day 2017

In 2017 Damien and Andy took part in the Coca-Cola staff enrichment day, running a session for head office staff. They performed for the Customer Value Management team, a group of roughly 50 people in a 3 hour session. The session successfully engaged the team and prompted some important conversations about some issues they face in their workplace every day.

The team provided highly engaging, insightful “real life” interactions of how different and difficult situations can unfold in the workplace and our personal lives.

The team highlighted how our own behaviours can deeply impact individuals, which also aligned to our conference theme of creating a team culture of collaboration, connection and  belonging.

It was a great reminder to reflect on how we all can make a difference in the lives of those around us, just by taking the time to check in, show empathy, and make better choices around how we communicate, respond and treat others.

Diagio X Agency Day, May 2018

In May 2018 Damien and Andy presented a session for the Diageo X Agency Day. The THiNK ABOUT iT session was part of a broader development day. It covered topics such as interpersonal relationships, social issues and workplace behaviours, starting some important conversations to be taken back to the office.

This is a highly engaging and confronting workshop ... covering societal issues like substance abuse, gambling, domestic violence, LGBTI awareness and drink driving. Their workshop had our audience in hysterics of laughter, on the edge of tears, and every emotion in between.
